WTVW: Indiana Launches New Energy Initiative

A first of its kind energy efficiency initiative is launching in Indiana on Monday.

The new comprehensive initiative is being called Energizing Indiana. The program is designed to offer savings to homeowners, commercial and industrial businesses and schools.

Energizing Indiana will offer education and tools to improve efficiency and conserve energy.

It’s expected that the initiative will save enough energy to power more than 100- thousand homes for 12 months.
